No. FedReady is an independent company. We use public contract data published by the federal government on SAM.gov and make it easier to search, track, and act on.
Do I need to be registered on SAM.gov?
To be awarded a federal contract, yes. Registration is free on SAM.gov. You can use FedReady to explore opportunities before you register, and we'll guide you through the registration steps.
What's a UEI?
Your Unique Entity ID is the 12-character ID SAM.gov assigns to your business. If you have one, FedReady can fill in most of your profile automatically.
What kinds of contracts can I find?
Everything posted to SAM.gov Contract Opportunities, from construction and facilities work to IT, professional services, and supplies, including set-asides for small, 8(a), HUBZone, women-owned, and service-disabled veteran-owned businesses.
